1，混凝土攪拌冷卻 基于高速公路，高鐵、隧道、水電、大壩、橋梁，水電站等工程多為大體積混凝土建設(shè)中，確保在厚度較大的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)上不會(huì)產(chǎn)生裂縫.提升工程品質(zhì)需要降低混凝土的水熱化以及澆筑溫度，為此我公司引進(jìn)國外先進(jìn)技術(shù).設(shè)備，通過工程師專業(yè)開發(fā)的新一代混凝土攪拌站專用工業(yè)冷水機(jī)設(shè)備可以制出低溫度的冷凍水，用來降低混凝土的出機(jī)溫度?；炷翜囟瓤梢越档?5度以下。同時(shí)水泥、石子、黃沙在溫度20-30度之間出來的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好而夏天的環(huán)境溫度很高，水溫也高且不利于攪拌，所以采用混凝土攪拌站專用工業(yè)冷水機(jī)直接提供0-10℃的冷凍水，或0-2℃的冰水混合物，可完全滿足國家規(guī)定質(zhì)量檢查混凝土冷卻對(duì)工藝?yán)湓吹囊蟆?/span> 2，隧道降溫 在隧道施工中隧道內(nèi)的溫度會(huì)超過40多度，用普通風(fēng)機(jī)無法滿足降溫。這時(shí)需要用到冷水及風(fēng)機(jī)的交換或直接使用低溫冷風(fēng)機(jī)往隧道內(nèi)送去低溫冷空氣，從而滿足空間降溫。 |
